Call for demonstrations
Demos are perfect for those of you who are working on something that is hard to catch on a poster or slides. You will have your own booth on the plaza where you can showcase a technology, machine or programme you are working on. Your spot is in the middle of the plaza where lots of participants walk by. Making it is a great opportunity to test a new software on fellow chemists or demonstrate exactly how handy the tool is you are working on. These are some examples, but you are very welcome to propose another way of using a demo-booth! Deadline: Thursday 29 October 14:00 hrs CEST
Due to space constraints, we can accommodate a limited number of demos. Demos will be selected by NWO after the submission deadline. Proposals can be submitted by researchers at all career stages. It is possible to present your demo on one or both of the conference days.
If your proposal is selected, we will provide:
- 1 white system wall,
- 1 white bridging table 1200 x 600 x 1100,
- 2 white stools,
- Lighting (pendant spotlight),
- electricity,
- Optional: TV for rent at €295,-.
