Entrance fees
The registration fee includes coffee/tea, lunches, dinner with drinks (only on the 8th), and access to all the lectures, poster sessions and workshops, plus the digital book of abstracts. Prices include VAT.

The hotel registration fee includes a single or twin room shared per person (price per night), and includes breakfast. Prices include VAT.

Cancellation policy
We have limited capacity at our venue. If you are unable to attend the conference in person, please cancel as soon as possible so we can offer your place to someone else. To make changes or cancel your reservation contact SPITZ congres & event at registratie@spitz.nu.
- Cancellation before 2 November: refund possible, only administration costs of €10 will be charged.
- Cancellation after 2 November: no refund.
- No-shows: a fine of €100 will be charged to cover the costs of your reservation.
