The Focus sessions are one of the best visited sessions of the programme. It is a great opportunity to explore a specific theme or ‘hot topic’ in greater depth. Or do you have an interdisciplinary and interesting topic on which you would like to organise an interactive session on?
Make sure to hand in your proposal for a Focus session before the deadline on Thursday 21 May 2026, 14:00 hrs CEST.
You can submit your Focus session via email until Thursday 21 May 2026, 14:00 hrs CEST. NWO CHAINS accommodates 10 Focus sessions, 5 on each conference day. Below you will find the ‘Template submission Focus session’, that should be used for your submission, as well as the guidelines of the call for Focus sessions proposals. Please note: the duration of the Focus sessions is 70 minutes.
Please note: only group leaders can submit a proposal for a focus session.
